Well, perpetuating stereotypes, a bit of rain won't do any harm to skaters from England will it, eh? *grin*
(j/k)
rain is dangerous for riders (even in paris on fridays)

so if it rains or if streets are wet, there is no Friday Night Fever

It is decided at 22:00

Route for July, 23rd
cool, thanks guys, we promise to skate on the right...
is the Sunday skate cancelled?
If so, will it 'unofficially' go ahead?
seems that we have no rain today (friday) so i think todays ride will not be cancelled

the Sunday skate is there

The Sunday skate is cancelled because of the arrival of the Tour de France in town. And as part of the expressway in town is closed to make way for a beach (yes, you read correcly, a beach on the riverbank !), traffic is even more chaotic than usual this Sunday.
But despite all that, there are always people skating together, if you get my meaning ;-)
Just come and meet us tonight, maybe someone knows more than I can tell here.

I'm in Paris 10-15 Aug on business. I'm planning to attend the ride 13th Aug. Where is it recommended to inline in the evenings 10-12 Aug?
Thanks for any suggestions!!
