I am sorry no-one seems to have a reply for you, but we are in Paris and most of us wouldn't know about skating in Nice.
Also it is the summer holidays here so fewer people are seeing this message.
I am sorry I can't help you. Have you tried a search with Google (or other) for "roller" (French term for skate and "Nice"?
