Hello!

This Friday my boyfriend and I are participating the Paris Roller!!! Finally I get the change to skate in my most favourite city! :D
Here in my city, we also have a Friday Night Skate, and many of them were already in Paris, and they have Paris Roller shirts!

Where can I buy them? There will be like 10.000 people so I don't know if I can find the correct person for that between all those people! :P

So,.... can anyone help me?

As far as I know, there are no Pari-Roller logo'ed goodies available for sale to the general public. To gain access, you'd need to register with the non-profit organization (it's a yearly fee, of about 25 euros)...

Well, you can buy t-shirts, but how and so... I don't know! It's not that I HAVE to buy a shirt, but it would be nice!

Again, I think you're mistaken.
Outside of maybe special, personal and unofficial arrangements (?), logo T-shirts are, to the best of my knowledge, reserved to volunteer staff members and registered members of the association.

But... if I understand it well, we can leave our skates at home because I have a feeling the Paris Roller will not be this friday!?
But the 22nd they will skate from Trocadero to Versailles!? My french is not so good, but I think I have that right, or don't I?

Of course the Friday skate is on. Unless it rains, that is.

Yes, on Sunday the 22nd, we are skating towards Versailles. It's about 21km, so the distance is not too long, but there is a VeryLarge™ uphill (about 3km of average 6% slope, slope max around 13%) and a nice downhill too. You need stamina and skate control, but otherwise it's not a very long distance or a very fast pace (it's a mass event, held yearly, with up to 40,000 skaters). The whole thing is organized as a fundraiser for Alzheimer's disease.

It's a nice ride that goes through the woods of Meudon (just after the dreadful uphill from hell ).
Arrival in Versailles around 5pm. Return by train to Paris (special fare=2 euros).

The start is at Trocadéro (by the Eiffel Tower), we leave at 12noon sharp. There will be skating demos both at Troca and at Versailles.

Very soon there will be a t-shirt given to every member of the organization Pari-Roller.
And I think that in this period of the year the fee to become member is around 21 euros.

There used to be membership T-shirts, up until recently - that's probably how the other people you saw got their T-shirts.
The membership fee for foreign skaters is at 20 euros (in order to avoid problems for international members who send in their membership form by mail - it's tricky to send coins by mail).

Well, I was there the 20nd May!
It was GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

I made a lot of pictures and some little movies! I wish I could skate there every week! We skate along untill the break, my boyfriend wanted to go back to the hotel, so too bad I was not there after the break.

But I was on the picture with the cops on skates, so that was a great end of the Paris Roller for me!

I had a red/pink pants on, with reflection on the bottom, and a yellow t-shirt with the letters "FFS" on it in silver.
And my helm is covered with winnie the pooh and tigro signs! :D :lol:

I live in the Netherlands, and I was there on holiday. So my next Paris Roller will be..... too long away :(

just a word to notice that pari-roller's t-shirt are know available, but only for adherents. (and they are so cool, with a big white eiffel tower in the back on a black shirt )

Good news you have the new t-shirts!! It's a real pity you sell them only to adherents
When you come only once a year to Paris for a Friday Night Fever it's a lot of money to pay the contribution for a year.
I know from a lot of people from Holland who came to Paris that they where disappointed they couldn't buy a t-shirt from the most thrilling part of their journey
I think you should consider to sell it to all people.

We do not sell the T-shirts, there are part of the membership.
And remmber there is a reduced rates for our foreign guests. (Come to the Pari Roller table before the skate and ask about it!)

You just have to become a member... It's only 21 or 22 euros for this part of the year (Don't sure, but it's that kind of price).

As Mayken said, go to the Admission Table...

Thinking of that, you'll come in September... It will be cheaper cause of the end of the year

That's no so expensive for a T shirt ^^

I think it could be a good idea to make a new Pari Roller T-Shirt and to sell them to tourist.
It should be a T-Shirt in english with written on it : "I went to Paris and I did the Friday Night Fever !".
Or something like that.
It could be a good "source de revenus" for the association.

there is an cheaper adhésion for the foreigners who just want the T- shirt
you have to go to the adhesion table near the car (kangoo) and near pari-roller's Tent.
