What is the best month to join Pari-Roller in your opinion? Is it getting slower durnig holidays (July,August ) or not ??

It's slower when there are so many people like tonight.
I don't think there is a best month. You should try, but be sure you know how to stop with rollers before coming.

During the Winter, you can go fatest because there are less people, but, obviously , it's cold.

And too often cancelled...

March, April, October ... I'd say.

"best" in what respect ?

If you like speeding, winter rides are better (fewer skaters and only the more avid ones, better trained), but they often are cancelled due to rainy conditions.

In the spring (starting now), the less-experienced skaters get their equipment back out of the closets, and back onto the streets. We start having more massive crowds. An "advantage" (if you're not too trained yourself) is that the rides are slower. A drawback is that the pace is somewhat cahotic, and it's sometimes difficult to skate in a crowd of erratic skaters, it can even become a bit dangerous.
